Pear Spiced Sailor

1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
1 1/2 ounces pear puree
1 1/4 ounces ginger liqueur
1/2 ounces lime juice
2 ounces ginger ale

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add spiced rum, pear puree, ginger liqueur and lime juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass

1/2 ounce grapefruit liqueur

  • Strain into cocktail glass

  • Shake well

2 ounces Passion Fruit Liqueur
4 ounces Apple Juice
Black Vodka

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add Cointreau, Passion fruit liqueur and apple juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass
  • Float the black vodka

2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces cognac
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add cider, cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
  • Top with ice
  • Shake until the shaker feels very cold to the touch
  • Strain into coupe glass
