Cider Sidecar

2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces cognac
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lemon juice

Instructions

• Add cider, cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
• Top with ice
• Shake until the shaker feels very cold to the touch
• Strain into coupe glass
