2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well and strain into a glass
Mediterranean Mule

2 ounces Black Fig Vodka
1 ounce Limoncello
4 ounces Ginger Beer
Splash of Lime Juice
Instructions
- Combine the vodka, limoncello and lime juice in shaker and shake
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Add ginger beer and garnish with lime
Vodka Martini

1/2 ounce dry vermouth
2 olives (blue cheese stuffed, if you like)
Instructions
- Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice
- Shake and strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with the olives
Moscow Mule

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces ginger beer (or ginger ale)
Instructions
- Pour the vodka and lime juice into a glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with ginger beer (or ginger ale), and stir briefly
- Squeeze a lime wedge into the drink and drop it in
