Ballet Russe

1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce Crème de Cassis
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces Russian Vodka

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients and shake
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Anjou Gem

1 1/2 ounces Grey Goose La Poire
2 ounces Grapefruit Juice (Ruby Red)
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add ingredients.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into martini glass

 

Sky Bar Cosmo

1 ounce Grand Marnier
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce Crème de Cassis

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients and shake
  • Strain into cocktail glass

 

Pear Martini

2 ounces grey goose la poire
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients and shake
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Water Lily

1 ounce gin (I used vodka)
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce Creme de violette
1 ounce lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice
  2. Add vodka, Cointreau, creme de violette and lemon juice
  3. Shake
  4. Strain into martini glass

 

French Martini

1 1/2 ounce Grey Goose Vodka
1/2 ounce Chambord Liqueur
2 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake
  • Strain into a cocktail glass

Bella Luna

2 ounces gin (I used vodka – don’t like gin)
3/4 ounce Elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce Creme de Violette
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
  2. Shake
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass

 

 

Aviation

1 1/2 ounces gin (I used vodka – don’t like gin)
3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/4 ounce creme de violette

Instructions

  1. Combine gin (vodka) and liquors in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake to blend
  3. Strain into martini glass
  4. Garnish with a cherry, a curl of lemon peel or both, if using
