Polish Mule

1 1/2 ounces Belvedere Ginger Zest
Half Fresh Lime
Dash simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add Belvedere Ginger Zest, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled copper mug
  • Top with ginger beer

Running through Orchards

1 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1/8 ounce Cointreau
3/4 ounce lemon juice
splash simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into coupe glass
