Stormy Morning

1 1/2 ounces Crème de violette
1 1/2 ounces St-Germain
1 ounce Lime juice
4 ounces Sparkling white wine

Instructions

  • Fill tall glass with ice
  • Add Crème de violette
  • Add St-Germain
  • Add Lime juice
  • Top with sparkling white wine

Myrtille Spritz

1 ounce St-Germain
1 ounce blueberry-cinnamon syrup
1/4 ounce lemon juice
3 ounce sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add St-Germain, syrup and lemon juice to shaker
  • Fill shaker with ice
  • Shake vigorously until ice code
  • Add sparkling wine to shaker
  • Strain into wine goblet filled with ice

Aperol Spritz

Prosecco, chilled
Aperol
San Pellegrino or other sparkling water, chilled

Instructions

  • Fill 14-16 ounce tumbler three-quarters full with ice
  • Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco
  • Add 2 ounces of Aperol and a splash of Pellegrino
