1 part Absolut Juice Pear & Elderflower
2 parts club soda
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice
- Add Absolut Juice and club soda

Tuscan Pear
1 1/2 ounces pear vodka (Grey Goose La Poire)
3/4 ounce limoncello
3/4 ounce ginger liqueur
1/2 simple syrup
1 ounce orange juice
Instructions
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients
- Shake well
- Strain into ice-filled glass
Tuscan Pear

Pear Vodka and Cranberry
4 ounces cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounces pear vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau
juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add cranberry juice, pear vodka, Cointreau and lime juice
- Shake
- Strain into ice-filled glass
Pear Dauphine
3/4 ounce pear liqueur
3/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
3/4 ounce gin (I used vodka)
1/2 ounce pear puree
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Instructions
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into cocktail glass
Velvet Rope
1 1/2 ounces Grey Goose La Poire
1 1/2 ounces Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1/2 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients
- Shake well
- Strain into cocktail glass
