1 ounce calvados
1 ounce sweet vermouth

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
• Add ice
• Stir well
• Strain into chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with maraschino cherry

3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
