Old Town Vodka Punch

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
3/4 ounce Lemon juice
1/2 ounce Aperol
1/2 ounce Elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce Simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Shake
  4. Strain into an ice-filled short glass

3/4 ounce Crème de cassis
1 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients and shake
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Aperol Spritz

Prosecco, chilled
Aperol
San Pellegrino or other sparkling water, chilled

Instructions

  • Fill 14-16 ounce tumbler three-quarters full with ice
  • Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco
  • Add 2 ounces of Aperol and a splash of Pellegrino
