1 1/2 ounces pear vodka
3/4 ounce amaretto
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce lemon juice

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Amaretto Sour

2 ounces Amaretto
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Combine Amaretto, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake 10-15 seconds
  • Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with maraschino cherry
