Crystal Cosmo

1 1/3 ounce Vodka
1/3 ounce Triple Sec or Cointreau
2/3 ounce White cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Agave Punch

1 1/2 ounces aged tequila or blanco tequila
2 ounces orange juice
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce port

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add tequila, orange juice, lemon juice and simple syrup
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass
  • Top with port

Amaretto Sour

2 ounces Amaretto
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Combine Amaretto, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake 10-15 seconds
  • Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with maraschino cherry

White Cosmo

2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce White Cranberry juice
1/2 ounce Lime juice

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add vodka, Cointreau, white cranberry juice and lime juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Mai Tai

1 1/2 ounce light rum
3/4 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce orange juice

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine rums, Grand Marnier, Amaretto and juices
  • Shake for 30 seconds
  • Strain into ice-filled glasses
