1 part lime juice
1 part simple syrup
1 part Cointreau
2 parts tequila

Instructions

  1. Salt rim of glass (if you like)
  2. Combine all ingredients with ice and shake
  3. Garnish with lime wedge

Moscow Mule

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces ginger beer (or ginger ale)

Instructions

  1. Pour the vodka and lime juice into a glass filled with ice cubes
  2. Top with ginger beer (or ginger ale), and stir briefly
  3. Squeeze a lime wedge into the drink and drop it in
