Sazerac

1 tablespoon Absinthe
3 ounces Rye Whiskey
3/4 ounces Simple syrup
4 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  • Put a littlest of absinthe liqueur in a cocktail glass.
  • Swirl it around to coat the glass and dump out the excess.
  • Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice
  • Strain into cocktail glass

St. Matilda

2 ounces blanco tequila
1/2 ounce pear liqueur
1 ounce pear juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Chartreuse and Lime

2 ounces light rum
2 ounces club soda
1 1/3 ounces green Chartreuse liqueur
1 1/3 ounces lime juice

Instructions

  • Combine rum, club soda, Chartreuse and lime juice
  • Stir
  • Pour into glass filled with crushed ice
