Elderflower White Cosmopolitan

2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 ounce White Cranberry juice
1/2 ounce Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, white cranberry juice and lemon juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Hawaiian Sunset

1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Mai Tai

1 ounce amber rum
1 ounce fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
1 ounce dark rum

Instructions

  • Add amber rum, orange juice, Cointreau, lime juice and orgeat syrup to cocktail shaker
  • Stir together
  • Add ice and shake until cold
  • Strain into ice-filled glass
  • Top with dark rum

Yellow Bird

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce Galliano
1 1/2 ounce Orange Juice
1/2 ounce Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass

Part-Time Lover

1 1/2 ounces Blanco tequila
3/4 ounce Lemon juice
1/2 ounce Elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
1/2 ounce Aperol

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass

Carribean Mule

2 ounces rum
4 ounces ginger beer
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  • Pour rum, lime juice and simple syrup over ice into a copper mug
  • Stir
  • Top with ginger beer

Italian Mule

1 1/2 ounces limoncello
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces ginger beer

Instructions

  • Add limoncello, vodka and lemon juice to copper mug
  • Stir
  • Add ice
  • Top with ginger beer

Arizona Mule

1 1/2 ounces Blanco Tequila
1/2 ounce Prickly Pear Cactus syrup
1/4 ounce Lime juice
4 ounces Ginger beer

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add tequila, prickly pear cactus syrup and lime juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled copper mug
  • Top with ginger beer
