Dubliner

2 ounces Irish Whiskey
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
Couple of dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass
  • Add ice
  • Stir until well-chilled
  • Strain into cocktail
  • Garnish with maraschino cherry (green if you have it)

Pomegranate Daiquiri

2 ounces light rum
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce pomegranate juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass

Hurricane

1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces light rum
2 ounces dark rum
2 ounces passion fruit juice
1 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce grenadine

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled glass

Blood Orange Bourbon Sour

1 ounce blood orange juice
2 1/4 ounce bourbon
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Pour blood orange juice, bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice and lime juice into shaker
  • Stir until the shaker frosts
  • Place 1 large ice cube into a cocktail glass
  • Pour cocktail into cocktail glass

Classic

1 1/2 ounces Cognac / Brandy
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Maraschino
1/2 ounce Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass
