1 ounce Cognac
1 ounce St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients
  • Shake well
  • Strain into cocktail glass
