1 1/2 ounces Blanco Tequila
1/2 ounce Prickly Pear Cactus syrup
1/4 ounce Lime juice
4 ounces Ginger beer

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add tequila, prickly pear cactus syrup and lime juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into ice-filled copper mug
  • Top with ginger beer
