1 1/4 ounce vodka
3/4 ounce grapefruit liqueur
1 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces sparkling water

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add vodka, grapefruit liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup
  • Shake well
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass
